This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in the world. It took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through. The whole double lane concept seems to mess things up at this location. There is no way to leave the drive thru if there is a car behind you. When we finally got to the pick up window, Our order was completely wrong. Another 6 minutes for them to sort it all out. Order right, food stone cold. Another 6 minutes for hot food. Just horrible. To be fair, on another occasion we decided to Bypass the drive thru and do inside directly. Although it did not take 30 minutes, it did take 19!!! It felt longer as there was an employee that felt it necessary to screech orders to everyone, nonstop. EW. The worst one yet, and we have been to mcdonald's all over the world. Wow.

Worst service , the MCd's in the Gatineau area are staffed by poorly trained employees. Guess one would have to blame the franchisee. The automated borns printers never work. You don't know your order number ... guess they can't put paper in the machine on a Saturday night with only drive section busy
